Chet Lockard
Chet is a licensed architect with over 30 years of experience in architectural practice and project management. As Principal of the firm, Chet serves as the leading architectural voice at CLAA, guiding the firm and all design projects.

Jason Niemann
Jason, hailing from Nebraska, uses his 29 years of work experience to help oversee firm operations and project performance. He is passionate and committed to building a collaborative and structured team environment while also managing client relations.
Business Manager
Zack Oliver
Zack, native to Wyoming, is a skilled master electrician and project manager. With over 20 years of experience in the construction trades, he brings balance and integrity to the job site.

Sawyer Zimmerman
Sawyer is a licensed Structural engineer in both Wyoming and Colorado. He’s a Wyoming native and has 10 years of professional work experience. Sawyer brings a high level of dedication to every project he takes on. His strong attention to detail ensures that every project is safe and efficient, and his commitment to quality work makes him a trusted part of our team.

Allison is a Wyoming native pursuing architecture. As a drafter, she brings a high level of detail and organization to each project of which she is a part. Her experience in construction allows her to bring a fresh perspective to our team.

Dakota Poteet
Dakota is a Laramie native and graduated with his degree in architectural engineering in ’24 from the University of Wyoming. Working closely with our structural engineer, he’s driven to learn and dedicated to each project of which he is a part. He is working towards getting licensed in structural engineering.

Recently graduated from Weber State University with a degree in architectural design, Kenzley brings new, creative, and functional ideas to the projects and our firm. She is working towards her goal of becoming a licensed architect.

Erin, a Laramie native, graduated with her Masters degree in architecture from the University of Colorado Denver. She brings project management and construction experience to the firm. She enjoys the process of creating functional spaces and is working towards her license.
